Compressor not start why how many Reason very useful information

Problem:- compressor not working 
1) check the power supply. 
2) checked the control circuit. 
3) check that crankcase heater working or not. 
4) contactor was not working . 
5) Axillary contactor may not be working. 
6) compressor motor winding check between phase and between phase and ground. 
7)liquid refrigernt may be in compressor crankcase.
8) Compressor scroll or part jam.
 9) starting current may be high.all above reason compressor may not starting.
